Plan Fields

The data held within Plan Fields represents the information that is generic to the plan, such as limits, factors and fees. All plan data can be viewed in OIPA from the Plan menu, when the Plan Fields option is selected.

Security

Security is assigned to the Plan Fields, Plan Withholding and Plan Allocation options on the Plan menu in order to control the users who are able to access this information. If a user is not assigned the proper security access, then a Page Not Authorized error will occur.

Steps to Access Plan Field Data

1. Click Plan from the Admin drop-down menu.
2. Click Plan Fields on the Plan drop down list. Plan fields will display.
3. Select the Company name associated with the plan from the Company Name drop down list.
4. Select the Product name associated with the plan from the Product drop-down list.
5. If Plan Groups are enabled, select the plan group associated with the plan from the Plan Group drop down list.
6. Select the plan from the Plan drop down list. The field values will display on the screen.
